INGREDIENTS |

2 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon
baking powder
-
1-1/2 cup
buckwheat flour

3/4 teaspoon
soda
-
1 teaspoon
salt

3/4 cup
white flour

PREPARATION |
Combine
all the dry ingredients in thte sifter. Gradually add teh buttermilk and
stir until all lumps are dissolved. Pour into a loaf pan and coook for
half an hour in a moderate over (375 degrees F). This can be baked in a
cast-iron skillet at the same temperature. |
