PREPARATION | Beat egg; add cooking oil and sugar and mix well. Blend dry ingredients in flour sifter; add alternately with milk. Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture on 1 hot greased cast-iron skillet and watch until cooked. Serve hot with butter, maple syrup or sugar or jam. |
