PREPARATION | Wash thoroughly and slice in medium thick slices. In a very hot cast-iron skillet, fry until crisp and brown. Turn over several times to prevent burning. When crisp and dry, place on paper towel to remove excess fat. These can be eaten with white sauce or just as snacks. |
