INGREDIENTS |

PREPARATION | Carefully remove all membrane and cut into oyster-sized pieces. Mix flour, cornmeal and red pepper in bowl. Dredge pieces of brain in meal mixture, being sure to coat each piece well. Deep fry, a few pieces at a time, as you would oysters, until golden brown. |
