INGREDIENTS |

3/4 cup
butter or margarine

1/2 cup
diced onion
-
1/3 to 1/2
cup warm water or chicken bouillon
-
1 beaten
egg
-
salt and
pepper
-
1-1/2 cup
diced celery
-
4-1/2 cup
day old bread cubes

2 teaspoon
poultry seasoning

PREPARATION |
Melt
butter in a large frying pan. Add celery and onion; cover and cook over
low heat until vegetables are tender, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients
and toss lightly. Makes 4 cups and can be used for stuffing chicken or
turkey. |
