PREPARATION | Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown ground pork in a large skillet; drain off excess fat. Stir in onion, water, bread crumbs, potato and spices. Simmer about 20 minutes, until onion is tender, stirring often. Place meat mixture in a 9-inch crust, top with another crust, seal and flute. Cut slits on top to let out steam. Bake for 40 minutes. Good eaten hot or can be frozen and eaten at a later date. |
